I could have asked for a different room, but decided to stick it out....turned out ok. didn't use the wifi as it was quite expensive....room was a bit tired.

we tried to have a drink in the bar at the restaurant, but it was full of people yelling at the baseball world series....I was surprised by this...didn't think it was a sports bar.

breakfast was good but very expensive!

The hotel is in a nice location for touring many wineries in the valley. Only a 10 minute drive to Healdsburg as well. We did stay on the ground floor where our room opened up to the fire pit area and found that to be very nice. No one disturbed us or was noisy. Most people are gone by 8ish.The beds were very comforable and the rooms very clean. We had breakfast at the Brassiere, hotel restaurant one morning and it was delicious, but pricey. While the room was quite nice I did expect a more luxurious place from a Hyatt property. Would definitely stay again in I had the right price!

Needed two nights in Santa Rosa. usually stay at Vintners Inn on Barnes road. Needed the Hyatt stay so I chose this place, based on the website: the Firepit surrounded by patio rooms. Stand back, this is a painted pig. While there isn't anything bad about it, nothing that turned me on at the website turned out to be real. Started in a patio room facing the pool. Within 30 mins of sitting in room and lamenting choice of hotels, some woman is banging on door trying to get into the room from the pool. We had it, call the front desk and upgraded to am "exec suite" on 2nd floor overlooking courtyard/Firepit. Nicer room, but overall the hotel is very challenging to navigate and has that early 90's sterility/institutional feel to it. Toss in a gatrillion bad CFL bulbs and the bland room becomes just depressing . Made me wish I had skipped the Hyatt stay and visited the Ferrari-Caranos at the Vintners Inn instead.

Plus: very easy self-park once you figure the place out.

As Hyatt Diamond Member, looked for Breakfast but it wasn't evident whether it was in the lobby or the restaurant, which itself was difficult to find. So we went back to bed until the area Wineries opened .....

Won't be back. Would only recommend for quick one-night, one-person stays where Hyatt is required. No Diamond amenity other than points.

The location was great for touring Napa's vineyards. The room was clean and the amenities were nice. The lobby was spacious and comfortable.

The negatives were that they charged for in-room wifi. Also, the multitude of TV's in the restaurant/bar all tuned to sports drivel. In this case all of the TV's were tuned to the same sports drivel. Why can't one be on CNN?

I stay here often for business trips and I would rather not stay anywhere else. This is the nicest and cleanest hotel in the area. The staff is very helpful and professional The rooms are large and comfortable. Highly recommended

Room Tip: Rooms on ground floor with patios are really nice and quite large!!
