I love this hotel and always take friends and relatives here for lunch, if not for an overnight stay. it is one of a kind. Great Brunch - sit outside on the bar patio and look at the ocean. My mother and I cherish the times we have visited here.

Room Tip: depending on whether you like pool or garden ask when you make your reservation

I really love this property for its charming decor, service, spa, and proximity to the beach. It is family and pet friendly. My favorite rooms are just to the north of the dining area. If you can get a room with abforeplacenyou will not regret it.

Stayed for two nights for 17th anniversary and my 58 Birthday. We were surprised with multiple in room desserts and even a bottle of Prosecco. Several times drinks were comped to acknowledge our celebrations. After the first night, which was challenging, the manager, Derreck, who was very responsive moved us to a stunning wood floor and enormous bungalow. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. With respect to the rooms: we were shown three rooms upon check in dues to the noise of a wedding, cigarette smoke on patio, and the carpeted rooms have a musty smell. The staff was very responsive to finding us a room we would like. We settled in a smaller room that was more quiet. We were assured no one was above us for our stay, but there was. It wasn't a problem at night so we didn't say anything. The musty carpet caused allergies and congestion that ruined the following day--so ask for a room with wood floors. Also, I suggest making sure the refrigerator is not making a high pitched ringing should. I thought it was AC and it kept me up all night first night. Staff told me it is a common complaint that they often have guests unplug the fridge. For 5 star hotel the carpet and AC seem like they should not interfere with experience. We appreciated the incredible room we were upgraded to the second night. I do not recommend the Tides restaurant--the food was simply not up to par. The buffet breakfast was not what it used to be--but it was ok. The lounge is incredibly beautiful, especially the patio with the sea air. The service is good, but be warned there is loud music that makes it not too comfy to sit and talk in there--better suited for large groups. Overall it is still a beautiful property and the service is impeccable. I would just request a room away from the events going on, and with wood floors, and literally go over to the fridge and make sure it is quiet or unplug it. All the rooms a clean and pretty, and the entire property is gorgeous. I would come back keeping these things in mind. Thank you again to Derreck for taking good care of us.

Once again we loved our stay at the Biltmore, this time with our kids. The location to the beach and the amazing pool and beach club kept the kids entertained for hours. The hotel is so beautiful and full of history, it was delightful to turn the corner and find lush foliage or hand painted staircases or tiles. The staff was exceptional as well. We cannot wait to go back!

Whenever we plan a vacation, we usually try to go to a place with Four Seasons in the city. We have become less adventurous since we had our first child and it was really our first undertaking to take a vacation as a family. My son was 22 months when we traveled there. He had been walking for a few months at that point and started saying some words. We found that he enjoyed bagels and cream cheese, he loved the water features there. His favorite activity every morning was to walk up to the pot fountains near the entrance before going to get breakfast. He still loves fountains by the way.

The room and the ambiance around the hotel were really wonderful. The tropical setting was quite exquisite although we had mosquitoes and bugs getting into our room sometimes. The hotel was right across the beach as well. It was raining the few days we were there so we couldn't get to the beach until the last day of our stay. We also saw some dolphins swimming one morning during our breakfast.

The best thing about coming to Four Seasons is knowing that you will be taken good care of. This was a great four night stay and I highly recommend it.
