The concept is good, however, the restaurant experience would be much improved with reservations. Also, the rushed sensation between breakfast and lunch is to be avoided. The waiter was polite, however, he presented the bill and rushed off without inquiring if anyone in our party wanted anything else (and we did, though we paid and left). The food was good but not exceptional for the price. As mentioned the adjacent shop is very nice though pricey. If I return it would be either earlier in the day or for a late lunch.

This cafe and gourmet shop is like something straight out of France. Absolutely beautiful inside, with unique gift items, pates, pastries, chocolates, cheeses and other delicacies. The cafe looks like a room in a French chateau. Unfortunately we arrived less than an hour before closing, so the cafe part was already closed. The two gentlemen at the counter were incredibly kind, encouraging us to sit at the outside tables and providing us with everything needed to enjoy pate, crackers and dessert. They even opened the pate for us and provided extra wrapping so we could take the leftover home. They truly went above and beyond! Everything was delicious, including the cafe au lait and cappuccino. This cafe is a treasure!

A lovely looking restaurant, though at a weekend breakfast it was a madhouse of people and loud music. Extremely loud music. Waiters rushing around, not relaxing at all. Food is another extreme, a short very expensive menu. The food was good, not great, and at $50. for two, not necessary. With the crowd, music, waiters rushing around and the price, I would avoid this place. Not worth it.

Our experience of this Restaurant was very welcoming.
You cannot book here so you have to check in and wait for availability.
We sat outside on the stone bench and could not have been more than 20 minutes, then we were called to our table.
The staff were very polite, friendly and courteous.
I had the beef sandwich and a beer , followed by a valentine chocolate sweet which was delicious.
All and all a wonderful experience, thank you to Julienne’s .

I really loved the food. And the atmosphere was very nice - sitting outside on the sidewalk.
The quiche and the French onion soup was good and I loved chocolate mousse.
Unfortunately the experience was marred by unprofessional and uncaring service. We asked for butter 3 times only to be told we still had butter. And getting water made me feel like we were in the middle of the drought- ignored by 2 wait staff.
When we finally said something to the waiter he was argumentative.
The hostess was very nice and tried to atone by offering us cookies.
It's unfortunate as it came highly recommended and it was meant to be a nice lunch with friends that I hadn't seen for a long time.
