Enjoyed a splendid dinner on our second visit in six months to this very special San Carlos Indian top class restaurant with its attentive and professional wait staff and spotless interior. We enjoyed minty lemonades and ordered onion bhaji and paani poor semolina puffs. For the main delights we choose lamb seekh kebab, tandoori marinated grilled shrimp, chicken tikka kabob and butternut squash coconut curry. We all shared our dishes which gave us the opportunity to taste four different entrees which is always a great delight, especially serving a small lamb kebab portion and adding the a dash of sauce from the chicken dish allowed for some creative cross fusion dishes - but don’t tell the chef! A very satisfying experience and one I would go back to again and again!
