Eaten here a few times and each time its been getting worse. cutting back such as 1 side instead of 2 sides with combo meal is not a way to encourage loyalty. last visit this week was terrible. got sick

I longed Guatemalan fried chicken and when I saw Pollo Campero from the freeways I was very happy. The place is clean and the staff are super friendly; the only thing is that is freezing cold inside. The menu is different than when I was a child. I think its been changed to accomodate our mexican friends taste buds but I guess diversion is good for different tastes. I will stick to the original menu: fried chicken, coleslaw salad, mashed potatoes and a coke. The chicken and mashed potatoes are delicious. The coleslaw was good but different from the recipe sold in Guatemala (so much better). My kids love going there, they order the kids version...yummy. Price is great, except for dessert...very high. We go back once in a while.
