This restaurant is all about the owner, Menbe, the incredible views and the delicious Italian food. This beautiful old home is located on the scenic Richmond Marina. Great venue for a romantic dinner. The portions are large. We especially enjoy the pasta dishes. Add "Menbe's meatballs for a few dollars more. And, they offer gluten free spaghetti. We recommend the oysters and the Calamari. Fabulous dessert cart. Nice, full service bar. While there take time to read the incredible story of Menbe's journey and all of the remarkable things she does for the community. After dinner, or lunch, take a walk around the Marina and enjoy the views.

Reliable if unexceptional food. Elegant yet comfortable interior space with view of the SF Bay. Friendly service and good wine list.

We had dinner reservations for 5:30 since we were taking my 90 year old mother-in-law out for her birthday. We had requested a table with a view, instead we were in a back corner near the noisy bar.
Service was slow, the drinks were warm and the food was cold. My Veal Picata was like a little piece of leather.
We had to ask for water twice and bread came out after the entre was served.
Not our best experience.

A friend took us here for dinner after a day of sailing. The friend has been here multiple times and loves it. We did too.
Parking was plentiful at 430 on a Thursday, but there were multiple patrons inside. The building looks like an old house, albeit a large house. It's location, right on the Bay Trail, and the water/marina, makes for a nice view. We sat at a booth style table next to a bank of windows.
Service was friendly and prompt without intrusion. The menu is filled with decidedly Italian food and is mostly a la carte. We ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer, both good. Since I was not very hungry, I only ordered an entree, Gnocchi, but no salad or soup. The rest of our party followed suit, so not sure how the soup or salad is.
Our server brought us bread, which was very good, and then a small cup of carrot soup which was amazing. My dinner portion was a bit small, but the taste was very good, and the gnocchi melted in my mouth, which is a good feature.
Our bill ran about $160.
I highly recommend and will return

We visited here as a group of 25. We made a last minute reservation the night before-and they accommodated us and to back-room. The food was great comet the service was right on time and friendly. Awesome views of the Marina. We tried the rissoto and frittata. Great Selections but a bit pricey .
