I am from Connecticut and have been making New England clam chowder for fifty years. I start with live clams in the shell. I have only had three in my lifetime that beat mine and this place has the third.
I came beck and tried the fish tacos and other items and they were consistently great. The staff was most cordial and helpful.
Surrounded by touristy piers, this place is a gem.

Delicious dinner with nice environment. Nice american dining - you can opt for indoor or outdoor dining if it is not too windy. Outdoor is nicer...

While everything was perfect - the portion is huge. There was no room to try their desserts so i recommend to go easy with dinner and leave some room for desserts.

Plenty of parking and something I come to appreciate because normally, it requires a certain amount of walk before reaching the restaurants in the States.

we came to torrence for a family gathering and came to the redondo beach pier for lunch...saw kincaids, didn't know anything about it, but saw the outside seating and seafood menu, and wanted to check it out....i had a pacifico, and my partner had a stella artois...we began with the warm brie with nuts...complimentary focaccia/herbed was yummy...we each had a started salad, one with salmon, and one with scampi and shared...delicious all around...the staff are friendly and quick...thx so much..

Beautiful location, right on the pier and water, sit outside and watch the sunset, just gorgeous. Very nice upscale seafood and prime rib restaurant, but a few things they could do to take it up to a five star Rating. No bread/rolls were served pre-dinner or at any time. What a Nice touch that would be with some bread and olive oil and spices. But no not the case... lobster bisque was very good but more creamy than anything tiny chunks of lobster, however the bisque it self was delicious. My coworkers really enjoyed the rocksalt prime rib, the regular cut is plenty big for a normal appetite. I get the seared ahi. The sesame encrusted pieces were wonderful, I didn't care for their non sesame ones, that at first I thought was a vegetable. Overall great location for a nice dinner, just need a few extra touches
