Nice park. Ground is all flat with a small park area. Might be difficult to find a spot to park but that depends on the time of day. Nice place to sit and watch the kids.

Central park is located immediately south of the old Pasadena store shopping district. Park is massive spanning a very large full square block. There is now a new kids playground set up in one of the corners of the park.

A city block park to walk around or through, relax or take the kids to play in.
It is surrounded by Central Park restaurant (great food), Luggage Room (great pizza) and more.
Two blocks down from Colorado Blvd in Old Pasadena.

I took my kid to the park and he always enjoy the playground. It is perfect place to play around with the ball and bycicle.

We had a most wonderful lunch at La Grande Orange, which is directly across the street from this seemingly beautiful park. As we were walking to the restaurant, we had noticed some memorials or statues in the Park, and after lunch, decided to go take a look.

We crossed the street, and there was so much abandoned trash lying about, that we were surprised. Then, we saw at least a dozen homeless people near the Raymond Avenue sidewalk. Most were sleeping, but some were shouting and begging.

There is a Police Station almost next to the restaurant, and thus, directly across the street from the Park. Still, as much as we wanted to walk through the Park, and check out any monuments, we just did not feel safe doing so.
