we went here to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We had an awesome room, though pricey, it was perfect. Staff was very helpful, food was good. The pool area was lots of fun, with a variety of all ages. There were people celebrating their 21st birthdays, bachalorette parties, and families. The pool seating is limited, and if you leave you chair for 30 minutes, it's gone. that part was difficult. We went to eat on site and came back to no chairs. Our room was very clean and updated nicely. We had friends there, kids of all ages, and everyone had a great time!

Room Tip: everything is pretty close, so it is hard to get a bad room, unless you are looking at a parking lot...

For the second year in a row we chose to stay at the famous Riviera Hotel and Resort in Palm Springs, CA. The food in the restaurant is top notch - best meals in a long time at any restaurant. Pool, lighting and fires around the sitting areas is really unique. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a super holiday in Palm Springs.
Save your pennies to experience the great food as it is tres cher but very good.

Room Tip: We recommend you book in Building 6 outer rooms - the suites have great tubs in them for soaking and...

So we are back !!! Another holiday in our favourite Palm Springs Resort Hotel. This year we noticed a few differences in the resort in general. First of all the staff was much more knowledgable and as always friendly. They are now wearing lovely suits that reflect The Noble House Resort standard. This year we got to take advantage of a HUGE upgrade as we are Stash reward members. We were upgraded to The Starlite Suite and it was amazing. Please check out our collection of pictures. The room service was quicker this year and all our food experiences were terrific. The staff at the pool, especially Michael were attentive and the drinks flowed and the fish tacos were even better then l remember them. The floaties for the pool are back, yeah !!! and they are well worth the rental price. If you bring kids they are a must have. This was a very quiet visit for us but we really enjoyed it and its the first time we have ever been to Palm Springs and actually saw it rain. It was on our last day so we didn't really care and still were able to sit on our beautiful patio. This resort has a real mix of people/guests but we always manage to meet terrific people, hi to Bob and Mary Ann !! Take a leap of faith, and remember there are always challenges at all hotels but you just have to get your bathing suit on , grab a beverage and point your toes at the sun and they will all wash away !!! Cheers

Room Tip: Ask for buildings 1 or 2 if they are available. If you end up further away just remember all your ge...

We started off on the wrong foot getting assigned a double queen instead of king room, no balcony and facing the noisy machinery at the back of the conference center. Yup, the noise kept me awake most of the first night but then both my husband and I succumbed to the really comfortable beds and soft linens for restful nights the remainder of our 3 night stay.

It is an old motel redone (overdone!), but the rooms are comfortable, very good AC, refrigerators and nice bathrooms. The housekeeping staff in our building (5) kept our room spotless and were very friendly and professional whenever we ran into them in the hallways.

The dining room was great for lunch (excellent fish tacos!), room service fast with a very good salad.

The grounds were lovely but our room had no balcony to enjoy them, and there were no regular chairs with table anywhere on the grounds for morning coffee and writing/working. If we return, I would make sure we had a balcony room!

Pools were nice, and it was nice that there was a quiet pool in back. Walking distance to a 7-11 for supplies. Parking was beside our building and there were always spaces. Conference area and events were well handled, too. All in all a pleasant experience, just needs outside chairs and tables for those who don't get a balcony room.

Room Tip: Request a balcony room, or at least a room not facing the machinery at rear of conference center.
