“You can't beat the combination of Price and Location”

This hotel is really easy to get to off the main highway and once there you really have a perfect location in Palm Springs to walk up and down the main drag. We were in Palm Springs to do a bit of hiking in the Indian Palm Canyons and it is very easy to get to them from the hotel as well. Just a straight shot down the main road.

The Hotel itself is a bit dated, but the rooms were spacious and seemed to keep out other room noise pretty nicely. On our second day a loud group of younger guys, checked into the room next to ours. They slammed the doors a bit and we yelling and drinking on the balcony, but at night we didn't hear them at all. The mattresses were firm, which we prefer, and we slept well. The rooms were clean and tidy, and house keeping had nothing to find fault with.

My kids loved the pool, which was a good temperature, slightly bigger than many other hotels in the area (still a bit small for laps). The check in desk was helpful and gave us a good recommendation for dinning options.

The breakfast was pretty standard fare, we were a bit disappointed with the sparse fresh fruit options, and on our second day they ran out of Orange Juice, but we really weren't expecting a great breakfast to begin with.

For the price, location and room size I would definitely stay here again. It is so great to be able to park your car, walk out to dinner and stroll around for a few hours without worrying about driving or parking.

I booked Las Brisas on the back of a decent rating but was pretty disappointed. The photos of the hotel and pool were flattering. The pool was very small and the hotel was a let down once you got beyond the appealing facade. The location is the hotel's biggest attribute, perfectly located to take a walk along downtown Palm Springs. A couple of further disappointments were the miserable woman on the reception desk who was there to great us and the seemingly endless little notices warning you not you pilther towels, soap trays, pool towels etc.

Can't find a better location for downtown Palm Springs. The pool was nice and staff were very friendly. Breakfest was fantastic. Rooms are nice, although a little dark. However very clean and comfy beds.

The location is prime... In the heart of Palm Springs, walk able to just about everything. Rooms are nicely upgraded, although dark since you have to leave curtains closed as the hallway is just outside. Speaking of the hallways... They have the oldest dirtiest carpet I've seen in some time... Desperately needs replacement. Exterior paint and old style stucco, ditto. Pool is small and crammed with furniture, many bougainvillea plants around the pool are beautiful to see but keep the pool looking dirty. Breakfast is included. The cost of this hotel is high given the overall quality of the experience, but...location is excellent. By the way, they charge more for a pool-view room...but due to the location of the exterior hallways, there is not pool view from the rooms. So save your money and you will only be a few steps away.

My husband and I stayed 6 nights here the end of March and would definitely recommend it. We had a room with 2 queen beds on the 3rd floor of Building A but it was towards the back (view of pool), close to stairs and elevator, and was very quiet. I had seen this hotel many times before when visiting a friend and thought it looked so lovely with all the flowers and Spanish influence. I was not disappointed after our stay. Our room was spacious and always very clean. The vanity/sink area was a little small with the closet on one side and bathroom on the other. It was fine for the 2 of us but could be tricky if more people. The breakfast, which was included, was very good and we appreciated having the choice of a waffle or omelet cooked to order. With a variety of pastries, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and beverages, we never went hungry. The best part was leaving breakfast with a cup of coffee and then sitting by the pool area catching some early morning sunshine! The location can't be beat since it's in the heart of the downtown area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Everyone on the staff with whom we came in contact was very friendly and quite helpful in giving directions, in making us feel comfortable, and in answering any questions. Our room was not quite ready when we checked in at 3pm so the desk clerk gave us 2 free vouchers for drinks at the Gazebo bar. What a nice relaxing way to start off our vacation! The pool area was never crowded and it was well maintained. We'd definitely stay at Las Brisas again.

Room Tip: Rooms on upper floors may be quieter. Try to get rooms facing the pool or with mountain views.
