Terrible customer service. I just checked out today and upon receiving my receipt and my colleagues we notice our $30 credit was not applied. I called to get it corrected and they would not apply the full credit because we failed to use $30 in one day. That was not explained to us. I used $10 at the bar then got breakfast the next day thinking $20 would be applied but nope. I’ve never been to a Hilton that applies credit like this. As a diamond member I thought they would be all about customer satisfaction but apparently not. Pillows sucked. Rooms are dated. No one wants to be there so they lash out on customers.
