Wonderful property!

Great boutique hotel! I loved my stay at the Andreas Hotel & Spa. It was walking distance to the convention center and in the heart of downtown walking distance to all shops, restaurants, museums and more. The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was well appointed and clean. Will stay there again next time.
Date of stay: January 2025
Room Tip: Only 25 rooms. I stayed during a cooler week so pool and hot tub was not used much. Great space...

I stayed over Pride weekend with a friend. We stayed in an upper floor suite which had a really nice patio area with a gas fireplace. The hotel was quiet, the staff was friendly, the coffee bar had decent coffee to start the day, and the pool was clean and relaxing (although we didn't use it that weekend).
We loved the location as you can basically walk to anything in town quickly, yet it wasn't on a main pedestrian street so outside noise was very minimal.
The breakfast in a bag is the only odd thing about the place, as not much what was in that bag was really worth consuming.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a nice, cozy, quiet, clean, friendly stay!

One of the worst massages ever in my life. Not worth spending money at all. AC was not working, we felt rushed, everything was awful. The price reflects the experience of the people working there. Enough said, look for another place. Not what we were expecting

For my birthday weekend, my partner booked a couples massage complete with a soak in a mineral spa with champagne. That alone should have been amazing and perfect. BUT! From the second we walked in the door and were greeted, we were treated so kind. Every interaction was warm and genuine. You could tell the staff is very happy there. Our masseuses not only did an amazing job (so amazing that I fell asleep multiple times! Sorry for snoring!) but continued the experience going above and beyond and even recommending local restaurants! To say that we left not only pleased but relaxed would be a complete understatement! Thank you so much to the entire staff for making us feel so welcome and so cared for. It truly was the perfect birthday. Thank you!

Room tip: Get a massage! You will not be disappointed!

The hotel staff literally disappeared and no one was available to open the rooms when my wife got locked out due to a malfunctioning key. This was at 8 pm at night. The room smelled of smoke. Very disappointing. They refused to refund due to a 14 day policy. Would do everything to avoid this hotel.

Andreas Hotel and Spa clearly states on all our check-in paperwork, your e-mail confirmation, that our staff takes a California law required 30-minute meal break between 7:30 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. unfortunately your wife's key got deactivated during this time. The front desk host handled that for her as soon as she came back. Maintenance Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor and Front Desk Manager, checked room and no smoke was present. However, we do have maintenance go into all rooms every week to touch up the paint due to scratches and marks from the weekend before so it could have been paint that they smelled.

We have good friends in Palm Springs, so we wanted to see them AND have a nice little getaway. This gem of a stay popped up on our Travel Zoo feed and it looked great. Now at the end of our stay, all I can say is WOW. This little place is the best kept secret in downtown Palm Springs and exceeded every expectation. The charm, atmosphere and attention to detail here is amazing. Being adults only there were no screaming kids around (when you’re a parent it’s nice to have that break) and just have a far more relaxed and inviting feel.
The staff is attentive and top notch and so friendly and accommodating. The pool courtyard is beautiful and with the backdrop of the mountains as you lounge poolside, it’s simply stunning.
The room was absolutely immaculate and again, attention to detail in every regard. Two-person spa tub, electric (no heat) fireplace for ambiance, beautiful four post king bed, chandeliers…stunning, quaint, chic room.
They provide breakfast each morning, which is nothing over the top, but for a small place without a kitchen, etc. at least they provide something if you’d like it. That said, you’re in the heart of downtown, so you have many places to choose from that are steps away and worth going to.
They have fresh lemon water stations in several spots and endless clean towels and robes. Our stay came with a discounted spa treatment at their on-site spa so I booked an appointment ahead of time for my wife and she said it was amazing. Free parking was also a great perk and the coffee bar in the lobby rivaled Starbucks, with complimentary biscotti and though I didn’t partake - ha - an endless candy bar. If you’re reading this it’s likely because you are a scrupulous traveler and have had your share of sketchy stays and places you’ve been horrified by, shook your head at or were just unimpressed and will never stay there again. We’ve experienced all the above over the years. I can say, without hesitation, you will absolutely love this place. Picture a Tuscan villa infused with mid-century Sinatra charm.
We’ve been to Palm Springs several times and this was not only our best trip and stay ever, but we have now found our go-to hotel for every future stay. I won’t even waste my time looking anywhere else. This stay and this hotel are simply A+ / 5 stars.

Room tip: It’s Palm Springs…it’s Summer…it’s HOT. Don’t let that deter you it’s such a relaxing getaway!
