I posted a picture that says a thousand words. The main gal, possibly the owner, was exhausting to watch. She was almost never doing less than 2 or 3 things at once the entire time I was there. I bet should could run a marathon given her constant level of intensity working there. Her critical role does have an edge to it, if she got sick or vacation, etc. I wonder how well the place would operate.

Its structure reveals that it was originally a small drive-up drive-in style. They can seat a good number of people, maybe 10 with AC, not sure about the anteroom having AC. The bulk of the seating is outside under cover. There is a sign in sheet to get a table. I’d suggest walk up sign in, then check to see if there is a spot inside at the bar counter. That is not part of the sheet sign in.

They are supposedly famous for their potato salad. I wouldn’t know. When I got there at 12:30 they were sold out already. I asked the gal if they were busier than normal, “no, this is peak season”.

The burgers are very good. It’s hard to say how it compares to other burger joints in Palm Springs, it’s the only one I went to, but far superior to the Renaissance Hotel burger for the same price. Is it worth all the hype? Not sure. It’s good, but a little spendy. Things are a la carte there. Bacon cheese, fries, and soda is $15 plus tax and tip.

No doubt a good burger joint, but you’re paying for it and likely waiting for it.

A pleasant outdoor cafe with a straightforward menu of classic burgers and side dishes made from the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The burgers are great, asis the coleslaw and potato salad. Immensely popular, expect to wait for a table.

Best Burger in town!!!! Try the sliders with grilled onions. The hot dogs snap when you bite them. Try the cole slaw it is great. Only small draw back is outside seating and cash only. But totally worth it.

Great "non-greasy" burgers served as want. Quick and friendly service. A bit crowded at times and parking is a bear.
