We love your Hotel!... Great place to stay, very clean, beds were very comfortable, and quiet. staff was awesome! they were very helpful and friendly, and the morning hot complimentary breakfast was very satisfying. Price was right! and very quick and easy on and off the Freeways, and short distance to restaurants, stores, Airport and rental car returns. overall!... it was a great stay, and we will definitely come back and stay again!....

Hotel is updated, very clean and comfortable rooms, not very desirable location for walking but very convenient to airport, air conditioning is somewhat fickle but did not report to staff. Would recommend based on airport location

Very nice hotel. Away from any noise and close to restaurants. The hotel is very close to the airport and the hotel provides a free shuttle to local locations, including BART. The shuttle runs 24/7. The room was very clean and quite.

The room was clean and neat with plenty of lighting. There was plenty of hot water when needed and the internet worked fast. The bed was comfortable enough for a spring mattress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The unfortunate side was that the air conditioner/heater unit put out a nasty perfumy/burnt smell when turned on. We had to open the window to clear the air and keep cool during the night.

Attitude of staff is poor. Customer request for local transportation within 1 mile of the hotel was not possible except to the airport and back! ATTITUDE WAS NEGATIVE and had excuses why they could not do things, like a 4 hour wait to get into the room by a disabled guest who was not feeling well.
