We were doing a last minute 3 day trip to Morro Bay so we read the reviews on TripAdvisor and thought this place would fit our needs. I wanted a view from the room, but we didn't spend much time in to enjoy the view. I also like a quiet location and there was very little street noise. We stayed in a king room on the 3rd floor which was quieter than others as the breakfast room was on the 2nd floor and had better views. I liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very basic, but meet our needs as we aren't big breakfast eaters. The location was great, two blocks from the waterfront Embarcadero and one block from Main Street where we found our dinner restaurants. There was covered parking under the hotel but there were not many spots for larger vans and SUV's. If you don't have a room with a view, there was a corner on the 3rd floor with a table and couch that had great views. I saw a lady doing work on her computer one day and we had lunch there before we drove home.
