This place really has nerves to call itself "luscious dumplings."
First of all they overwork the gluten in the dough making it too soft and not chewy. At least they don't make the jiaozi too thick...
They do not squeeze the dumplings like they do in China, meaning you get a flat, more smooth shell that does not cook as well.
The meat and vegetables do not taste fresh.
You can get the same quality for cheaper in Chinese supermarkets here. Even those pale in comparison to what you find in the supermarkets in mainland China or even higher quality restaurants here in LA.
