This sushi restaurant is my all time favorit from all the countries i travel to. The fish is fresh and well prepared by a real Japanese chef (which can be rarer that you think). I prepare to eat a the station where the sushi owner works (straight in front of you when you enter the restaurant). Ask him to surprise you with sushis if the place is not too packed such as spanish mackerel, amberjack, scallop, sea urchin (amazing - just melt in your mouth), tamago (japanese omelet), salmon toro with black cavier, ...
I tried the spicy tuna served on crispy rice patty and the oyster shot. Really good!
The food is just amazing, original but still authentic. I highly recommand!
