“Danny Elfman bombast meets Cirque whimsy”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 April 2012

As a Cirque virgin, I had next to zero expectations going in. I've seen all the commercials and even the documentary but seeing it live is a completely different experience. The cast was amazingly gifted, even in the less "wow 'em" moments (I'm talking to you, trapeze girl. Would a little dramatic flair kill you?) Could not believe the athleticism and flexibility of some of these artists. Are they human? Highly recommend for all ages, though I agree there were some moments that could use trimming in either stage business or length. Close to perfect and a great way to get inside the Kodak theater without taking the tour.

“Maximum use of limited space”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 April 2012

The third Cirque show I've seen and what it misses in scale (the Kodak is a relatively small venue) it makes up for in imaginative use of that available and, as ever, the extraordinary prowess of the cast. We were in stalls 2nd row - not expensive as we were to the side - and could see everything by leaning back a bit.
