The hotel is well located, close to the "hot tourists points" of LA. The room is very good, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, we order to change some towels and receive some toiletry itens, and they never came. Moreover, the phone from front desk rang forever at night and no one picked up. Be aware that you also have to pay for parking ($30/night).

Room was clean and spacious, and bathroom too.

Check-inn was different to any I've had as it was just a desk and a person with information, rather than a reception with people.

Location was great, easy to KTown and any transport requirements too. Travel into downtown LA approx 20mins via Uber.

Wonderful place to stay in K-town. Checking in is a bit like checking into a hostel, person sitting at a desk with a laptop and copying your id. All the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. The room was large and clean. The windows opened which was nice. The elevator is a little slow. They have a pool, ping pong table, and outdoor sitting area. The wifi worked great. All in all a great place to stay and explore Koreatown.

Room Tip: Try to get a room on the 4th floor.

Just what I needed, in the heart of Korean town. As an Asian, I felt right at home and blended right in (I dunno if non-Asians would feel the same though, as Korean Town is VERY Asian). The hotel itself was more like a "creative" 3-star and so I found it a bit overpriced at $200/night. The desk staff was generally very helpful (artistic, effeminate-type males) except for one young female who seemed quite rude with the way she spoke. A bit of a long walk from the subway, but not bad if the weather is cool. Bed was too soft but this seems common in LA.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping was polite and gave me extra towels when I asked. Parking was $10 ex a night but it wasn't bad. Good hotel will stay again
