Just what I needed, in the heart of Korean town. As an Asian, I felt right at home and blended right in (I dunno if non-Asians would feel the same though, as Korean Town is VERY Asian). The hotel itself was more like a "creative" 3-star and so I found it a bit overpriced at $200/night. The desk staff was generally very helpful (artistic, effeminate-type males) except for one young female who seemed quite rude with the way she spoke. A bit of a long walk from the subway, but not bad if the weather is cool. Bed was too soft but this seems common in LA.

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Housekeeping was polite and gave me extra towels when I asked. Parking was $10 ex a night but it wasn't bad. Good hotel will stay again

This place was a surprise. The only negative thing I have to say was that it's a little hard to find at night, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area, and be advised, it's valet parking only, and it's in the basement of the building. The room was nice and clean, affordable, and the way that the bottom floor was decorated was refreshing, and unexpected. You are very close to the consulates on Wilshire Blvd. too

My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend an event at the Das Bunker club. The room was clean and modern with hardwood floors. The continental breakfast consisted of either muffins or donuts, and there was coffee, tea and iced water. The beds were super comfy too!

The room and hotel is great. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The area that the hotel is in is not the best. If you are just looking for a room for a night or two this place is good, but if you're interested in a hotel with shopping or other activities this is not the place for you.

Room Tip: Ask for a frig.
