Nice selection. There aren't many buffets in the area, so there isn't must of a choice, but this one is a good value with good food.

LA Buffet has all you can eat Seafood buffet that includes Lobsters on Friday and Saturday, along with crabs, shrimp, sushi, etc. Lots of other Asian dishes also.
We've been to many buffets (Chinese and others) all over the world, and this one has to rank up there, esp. when you consider the price ($17.99). Sometimes, there's coupon available for $30.00 for two, which we had.
We went there with another couple, who got there ahead of us and were already munching away. Service was very friendly, and when it came time to pay the bill, the server asked if we also had a coupon; my wife started to dig the coupon out of her purse, and the server quickly said "I'll come back later" - since she saw that my wife's hands were a bit messy from the crab! To me, that also showed that the server was THINKING, first in asking if we had a coupon and then quickly saying she'll be back. Any of you that have ever had servers that don't think should appreciate the service even more - or if you've ever been a server.
The trays were filled constantly with freshly cooked food, including lobster I've been to many buffets, where they are really chintzy with lobsters in particular, only bringing them out once an hour, or very much limiting how much lobster they bring out. Though the lobster probably was frozen, not fresh, it still tasted very good.
Lots of other dishes, too plentiful to list. Also, a good salad and dessert bar, as well as sushi.
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody looking for this type of food.

I love to eat at LA Buffet. We go whenever I have a birthday, or an anniversary, or when I have friends in town. We also go sometimes because it's Monday, or its the weekend, or because I don't want to cook. OK, who needs a reason.

Why do I love it. First, the food. I love the sushi and Sashimi. I always start with some rolls and pieces, and yes they have soy sauce with low salt.

Next I have the hot food. I always have some cooked shimp, sometimes with the sauce on it, sometimes peel and eat with really nice cocktail sauce. I also usually have the salmon, and some broccoli beef, and the green beans and garlic. There are many other chinese dishes to choose from.

Next, I have my other favorites. I love the potstickers, the egg rolls, and the apricot. Sometimes I have some fresh strawberries.

I also like the soft serve ice cream and I usually have an almond cookie. I do really like to go on Saturday night, when I get as many crab legs as I have the patience to peel. I like them HOT but they are also served cold. I sometimes have the oysters on the half shell.

Next - what you won't believe is their prices. You get all that for $13.99 during the week, a little more on the weekend. Can you believe it?

There is parking available (I like to park on the front, not by the Guitar Center.)

There is always room to sit and everyone is very nice.

I have been seated next to the Mongolian grill, but never tried it. My coworker loved it.
