Our family loves this little spot. Except the “minimalist chic” nature of the hotel means it’s loud. Really loud. Listen to your neighbors have sex loud.
Granted, the staff was kind and understanding, but when two tourists start mating - and it’s late- and you can’t change rooms - and youre with your kid - it’s straight out of a bad movie and the star of that crappy film, well, it is you.
That said, it’s also overpriced for what is offered. And as I write this, I am sure my wife will book us into it again. And I will go- reluctantly.
With earplugs. Lots of ‘em.
Oh, and the heat didn’t work and neither did the tv. When I complained to the clerk she was hilarious...”oh, the heater unit in the wall? They aren’t Hooked up...and the tv, yeah, they are hard to get to work...you should have called me...”
Dude - it’s a tv, on/off. Volume. Channel. I shouldn’t have to “call you.”
For $189 a night, I expect more and got less.More
