A stones throw away from the LB airport, this for me, is the best, most comfortable place to stay in when you have a short trip to LB. the rooms are nice, large, and clean. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The hotel is right next to a Whole Foods, The Habit Burger Grill, and a few other dining establishments. It’s also around 5km away from one of LB’s largest malls, and a 15 minute drive from Belmont Shore which has a whole slew of great restaurants. This would be my hotel of choice for the LB airport area. Great value for money.

These people took Happy Pills! Everyone was conversant, friendly, hospitable and very attentive at this hotel. Though a bit aged, many efforts have been made to modernize and update the property. The rooms are very roomy and fitted with modern bathrooms and amenities. There is an excellent hotel restaurant that has a full bar along with breakfast, lunch and dining options. Valet parking at $29 a night or self park for $25 turned out to cost more than my rental car! Uber or Lyft was readily available and walking to stores and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood was easy and safe. There is even a grocery store (VONS) one block away!! No complaints. Look for the jovial lady at the front desk....don't know who she is but she must be the manager...she was ALWAYS there...morning, noon and night! She has a smile and personal welcome greeting for everyone!

Room Tip: 720 had a nice view of the Queen Mary

We needed a room for one night prior to a cruise. The hotel room was large, clean and modern. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated and we walked to restaurants on Pine Street and to the waterfront walkway and shops. We would certainly stay here again.

Overall a good stay, just in for one night before a cruise. Extremely friendly service from Eric at check in, offered my kids a snack even though it was kind of late.

Only drawbacks were

1. The street noise, even though we were on the 8th floor it was still kind of loud. I don’t fault the hotel on this one as they can’t control the morons with loud cars

2. Air conditioning is poor and doesn’t cool down the room very well.

3. Someone down the hall had a dog with them that would occasionally bark. I thought the hotel was pet free, but I could be wrong.

Pros: clean, friendly staff (we arrived at 1pm and were allowed to check in early), nice rooms, updated finishings, good pool, easy check in and check out, delicious breakfast options that were part of our room cost

Cons: parking is not free and hard to find because lot is shared with restaurants unless you park in the back, inconsistent food (people in our party ordered the same sandwich for breakfast but got different quantities), slow food service when busy (only two people on duty), mattress too firm (almost like a rock...no I think it was a rock)
