Wonderful Seafood and Steak with Fabulous View of the Harbour and The Queen Mary.

We visited this great restaurant on NYE prior to attending a NYE Party at The Queen Mary. The restaurant is located across the Harbour from the Queen Mary, it has fabulous view of the Harbour and the Queen Mary from the windows.

Due to the NYE the restaurant had a special Prix Fixed menu, 3 Course Dinner for $70 (Appetizers, Entree and dessert).

The parking area is part of Harbour Business lot and $15 price required for parking.(no validation for restaurant parking)

The building actually contains 2 Restaurant, the top floor is the Queen’s View Steak House and the first 2 floors is the Parkers Light House Restaurant.

The restaurant was decorated beautifully and the seating area was spacious and well appointed. Our waitress was warm , Informative and efficient. Since we are not big dessert eaters, they were accommodating enough to allow us to exchange dessert for another appetizers.

Between 4 of us we ordered 1 New England Clam Chowder, 3 Lobster Risotto, 3Wedge Salad, 1 Grilled Barramundi Fish, 3 Filet Magnon and 1 Warm Chocolate Tart. All the food was delicious and well presented.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Long Beach Area near Los Angeles California. I’m planning on checking out the Queens View Steak House on the top floor next time I in LA for sure.

Really nice setting and set-up fo Restaurant. Food is very good, whole family enjoyed their meals. Not exceptional but really well done. Better option than all the chains around nearby.

Beautiful scenery with nice summer breeze. Indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating has 2 floors to choose from. I prefer the 2nd floor if eating indoor and 1st floor if seating outdoor. Either way the views are devine with the restaurant’s circular design. As for the food, I would say it’s good typical for most steak and seafood restaurants along the coast. Service is good too. It’s a pretty busy restaurant but worth it. Come try it out you won’t be disappointed.

It had been many years since my last visit to Parkers Lighthouse. Nothing seems to have happened over the years. The whole experience left me rather indifferent. Food was okay service was marginal atmosphere it was a bit dated. Does need an update. Not going to hurry back; many more interesting choices in town.

Very nice marina, waterfront view while you dine either inside or outside. The patio heat lamps make for a cozy, comfortable intimate dining experience with a scenic view. The food I had was good as well as the dessert.
