Went on a Friday night, and that may have been the problem. However, we have been there previously on a Friday night, and it was very nice. This time, not so much. VERY loud, so crowded my chair was sitting on the room heater stand with no way to move it. Our waitress was excellent, attentive, helpful, pleasant. Clam chowder had lots of pieces of meat in it, and was seasoned perfectly. The lobster tail was way overcooked on one end and nearly raw on the other. The result was I had to borrow my friends steak knife to cut it on one end and the other end was squishy. (Can't think of a better descriptive word) The garlic mashed potatoes were very good without being overwhelming with the garlic flavor, but again the broccoli was so tough i had to use the steak knife to cut it. They can do better than this, and have done so in the past. I'm sure it would be great to sit outside to dine, too. Certainly quieter, even with the waves on the beach.
