Which, given that we are in the desert, is saying something. Look, I'm not going to tell you that Misaki's sushi is as good as what you can get in a coastal urban area like SF or NYC, etc. But it is very good sushi. Fresh, well and enthusiastically prepared, and presented with good (but not superb; not that I was expecting better, just making the point) service. I have gone there the last two winters (the only time I am here). I order nigiri-style sushi, but I have seen a lot of creative rolls disappear into the mouths of happy people. And I have never been disappointed with the nigiri.
