Perfect seaside resort. Rooms are beautiful, ours with a balcony and ocean view. Fantastic pool and kids area. Staff are so lovely, and a great breakfast selection. Down by the beach there are plenty of deck chairs with umbrellas and the restaurant. Water is so still and knee depth for ages. Great for families or couples. Loved it.

This is a clean hotel well maintained with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Lovely staff especially Sreymom who was amazing at the beach bar and resturant. Lovely food and staff so very helpful.
The beach is not like new zealand or Australia as the rubbish comes down the mekong and kindly deposits itself on the beach front. The staff are good at keeping the beach clean but the tourism in the area needs to review the management of the infrastructure to encourage tourism to this area

Room tip: Dont expect clean beaches and clear ocean, due to rubbish from China washing jp on beaches not that clean.not fault of hotel.

Dear BLACKCAT12369

Thank you for your review - much appreciated and we are very pleased you enjoyed your time at Naia - and I will pass on your comments to all staff especially to Sreymom

Yes unfortunately you experienced the yearly emptying of the rivers into the bay - and that brings lots of water hyacinth down the Mekong and other rivers - we try our best to be on top of this - as well as the rubbish that comes with it - and thank you for your comments

We hope you enjoyed your time in the kingdom and had a good journey

Once again thank you

Leisure trip with small and new friends. Stay here with a great room location facing seaview. Purposely not close the curtain to enjoy the view. On the first evening we were so lucky to catch the great sunset!!! The swings directly facing to the sunset so that you can had a great sunset view. The resort quiet far from the city but can be reach via taxi or tuktuk. Beach had a beautiful sand, unfortunately the cleanliness of the area need to be improved. The room was spacious.

Dear aafidah

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the resort - and that you enjoyed the hotel and beach
Good that you got to see one of our famous sunsets - hopefully with a cocktail in your hand

Unfortunately Sihanoukville is going through many changes and with this brings some discomfort - however here at Otres 2 we try our best to keep the area clean and tidy and rubbish free - but its hard

Once again thank you for your review and we hope you enjoyed the kingdom

I just have to say: It´s a wonderful hotel at the Otres Beach. Nice, spacious, comfy and clean rooms with an interisting design, a TOP beach bar and a good service. Friendly staff. In my opinion the best hotel at Otres Beach...

Great hotel , staff, rooms , pool ... but why only a four star .The beach is very poor !!!if your just planning on staying in the hotel then great you’ll have a wonderful time , but pressure needs to be put on the powers that be that people will not return to filthy beaches ..I hope for the sake of lovely hotels like Naia that something can be done .

Room tip: I would imagine the sea view rooms are nice

Sorry you took the 1 star off for the beach area etc - something the hotel and other hotels at Ores 2 try and manage - we are also trying to work with the local authorities with the general area - our team does go out on to the streets to clean as well - and the beach - however plastic and the debris coming in from the ocean and laying on our beaches - does not actually come from the hotel- it drifts on currents from who knows where -!!!??? as said we try our best

Once again thanks for your review - and we hope your travels where fun in the kingdom
