Staying in Otres 2 Beach is a must if you are headed to Sihanoukville. This relaxed resort is right on the beach with dining overlooking the ocean. Resort is somewhat minimal and looking a little worn down, but it is above average for what is in the area. The staff was amazing. Very friendly people always greeting you with a smile and asking if you need anything. They also arranged a private boat trip for us to visit the nearby three islands where we were able to snorkel and fish. We had such a fun day!

Ren Resort has clean and well appointed rooms, spoilt only by the noisy construction of a large resort next door, that will undoubtedly affect the ambience of the surrounding area when completed, unfortunately. Construction work and the accompanying din finishes around 6pm.

The beachfront is relatively clean and well kept. The pool is a little small but great for a quick dip after lounging around.

The staff are really lovely, friendly and beyond accommodating. That really makes the stay worthwhile.

The best staff of any hotel I have come across. We spent NYE here, and it was magic! The food service and entertainment were perfect! The staff were so attentive I wish we could bring them back to Australia! Each morning The guys would set our sun loungers up, it was paradise. The hotel pool is beautiful, and rooms clean and comfortable. A perfect way to spend our last few days in Cambodia.
