We stayed in one of their bungalows and there's no doubting that Don't Tell Mama is a pleasant place to stay at Otres Beach. It's not located along the beach like many of the cheap beach hut-like places, but on the opposite side of the road which runs along the beach. It is run by Germans Ulla and Peter who do what they can to make your stay a comfortable one. The bungalows are well-spread and spacious, equipped with mosquito net (a must), storage shelves, a couple of tables and chairs, and a nice little front, shaded patio area, but the bed was a little hard for us. We found the general vibe of the place to be comfortable, relaxing and slow-paced. The accommodation and breakfast prices were probably a little bit more than some of the cheaper options along the beach. In saying that, we did enjoy our stay here.

Located at the end of the road along Otres beach, Dont Tell Mama was the perfect place for us to stay while on holiday in Sihanoukville. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in one of the rooms in the house at the end of the courtyard and slept very well for the 6 nights we were there.
The courtyard, cafe and rooms are very clean. Delicious breakfast is served all morning.
If you're heading to Otres beach, this guesthouse should be your only choice!

“Don't tell Mama” is an excellent, homely guesthouse with very friendly owners. We stayed in the Towerhouse and the rooms are clean, cozy and set up with love to detail. In their own Café they serve delicious breakfast, sandwiches and yummy home-baked cake. Only a stone’s through away from beautiful Otres beach. In the Towerhouse you can hear a little bit through the walls – so if you want to feel still even more like in paradise with piece and quite, then go for one of their wonderful bungalows. Wished we could have stayed longer and definitely recommend this guesthouse! Loved it!

We stayed in one of the bungalows at Don't Tell Mama for a week, and fell in love with it. The bungalow itself was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The area was quiet day and night, so we could easily take naps without hearing any annoying noises. The two German owners, Ulla and Peter, are absolutely fantastic!! They were always laughing, making us comfortable, and offering us recommendations for whatever we needed. Otres beach itself is really beautiful... the water is clear, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Anyway, I totally recommend "Don't Tell Mama" to anyone. We're going to miss it! :(

I stayed in one of the bungalows which are furnished with lots of love. Mosqito net, fan, very clean. The runners Ulla and Pedi from Germany, both ex-travellers are very friendly and helpfully. They are also doing your laundry if required.
I really had a great time there, peacefull, calm and relaxed, had WLan sitting on my own terrasse enjoying life. Try the home made yoghurt which is extraordinary! At least: You can't leave Sihanoukville without having tried the home made cake which is made from Ulla on Sunday :-)
