well you get what you pay for. location sucks, you are in the hood, it is very dangerous to walk at nigh time. Hospitality doesn't exist in this hotel, staff sucks, very unhelpful and clueless. Rooms are big and clean. hotel is old but that didn't matter to us. It's very close to the airport. there's an amazing restaurant a block away called Normas, very good food however do not go wandering too late at night. hotel prices are nice. wifi was good and it was free.

This place is exactly what would you expect for the price you pay. The front counter were nice and approachable. Breakfast was very simple with frozen waffles, bread, coffee, orange juice and two types of cereal. The room was cleaned daily and smelt for nice. I would stay here again.

It was clean and has a elevator. Very quiet for being close to LAX. Had good lighting. Has no shuttle service to LAX have to take bus or taxi. TV had poor selection. Has no clock in room, no hot water for shower, no coffee pot in room.

I booked this hotel mistaking it for a “Holiday Inn Express” property. Both names sounded deceptively similar due to which I had made the mistake.

The hotel is located about 3.4 miles (5.5 kilometers) from Los Angeles International Airport, which is about 12 minutes’ drive in average traffic.

First, the hotel is located in Inglewood, which is not a very good neighborhood. Next, it has stilt parking on the ground floor. All the rooms are located on three floors above this. The first impression of the hotel is not a very impressive one.

It has a skimpy reception, and the interaction with the person on duty is through a window. There is a sofa to sit in the narrow aisle in front of it. This lobby also has a small area near it, which serves as the place where free buffet breakfast is served. Tanveer at the reception ensured that the check-in was prompt enough.

You leave the reception and go out of the building to get into the lift. The lift was large enough.

The rooms are reasonably large sized size, bright and well lit. They seem to have been recently renovated, but there is no view out of the window to talk of. The bed is large enough, with comfortable mattress and pillows. The room appears barren, with very basic furniture and just bare amenities. There is no coffee machine or mini-fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a commode.

The complimentary breakfast in the narrow area next to the reception was very Spartan and not good enough, either in quantity or choice offered. Breakfast is the only meal available at the hotel. However, there are many restaurants in walking distance that provide numerous choices for lunch and dinner.

That’s just about what the hotel is all about.

Overall, this is not a great experience hotel, but has clean, rooms that are large enough. The neighborhood is not great either.
