It's a sweet little forest with redwoods, ravines, and various bridges over the creek which goes into Pudding Creek. Nice to climb around, but there's also wide trails with stairs for relaxed enjoyment.

Nice walk after a day in the car. Needed something to do for half an hour of so. Plus, geocaching was possible there.

Lush forest, big tall redwoods, easy trails. Fort Bragg area had 16-24 mph winds all day. Heard about this secluded little area & decided to try it. Not so little, spent a good 1.5 hour wandering & one or two trails looked too rugged for me but the rest were easy for a gal with compromised knees. Bench's along the way.

It's not a flat park. Little trails send you up and down. Relatively easy, but surely not handicap accessible. We let our dogs run off leash, no one else was in the park. They would run ahead then turn around and wait for us to catch up. Bring bug spray. We didn't think about grabbing ours when we left our room. Wish we had! Beautiful little hiking spot.

The park is at the end of Laurel Street almost in the middle of Fort Bragg. We've been there early in the morning and could walk around the interesting small trails all alone. It goes up and down, but always good for most hikers. We saw a wonderful vegetation with beautiful flowers and it felt like a wilderness park far away from any civilisation. It's well hidden, but worth a visit.
