Was here over a weekend and stayed in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite. The resort is old and not maintained very well as this could be seen from the reception until the room itself. The staff at the reception were friendly as I was checking in and was quick. As I walked into the suite, it had a slight musky odour (probably from its carpet or sofa). A minor refurbishment in the bathroom and pantry area but the rest of the suite was old and very apparent. Entire suite was clean and bright. The room was average but there were constant noises of chairs being dragged on the floor coming from the ceiling (restaurants situated on the Ground level) as the suite was situated at the Basement level.
Managed to dine in the restaurant for breakfast as well. The buffet spread were up to expectations but quality could be better given its a 4-star resort. There were not much service as it was self-service buffet style
There were limited eateries or shops nearby unless you were to drive down of Berjaya Hills and head towards Genting side (about 20kms away). If you are here to relax and spend a weekend doing nothing it might be a good choice but otherwise might consider elsewhere.
Did not explore any other facilities in the resort, did not notice if there were any More
