We stayed here over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The condo we stayed in (#8) is on the second floor in the back of a small complex. Very quiet, and included a covered parking spot. The complex has a public area with a really neat, modern gas fire pit, which we used several nights. Very easy to operate, warm, and fun. Other public areas included a washing machine/dryer. Our unit had a small landing with a table, chairs and an umbrella, which was nice as we were able to eat Thanksgiving dinner outside in the sunshine. There is no pool. There is a large-ish hotel right next door with doors that face outdoors, but we did not hear any of their guests.
The condo itself has been recently remodeled with high end fixtures like drawers that don't slam shut, and granite countertops. The kitchen itself had all the things you would need for an extended stay - plates, silverware, cooking utensils, baking sheets, etc. They even had coffee for the coffee maker. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. We were able to eat quite well while staying here. The nearest grocery store is a bit far to be walkable, so we went by car. The living room was large, the kitchen island has bar stools, and there was free wifi. Down the street there are plenty of shops and restaurants (about a 5 minute walk).
The condo had 3 bedrooms. 2 had King beds and the third had two twins. One of the King beds was in a frame that made the bed so tall that even my 6' 2'' husband had to jump a bit to get into bed. If you are short, you might want sleep in the other room, where the bed was lower to the ground. Owners may want to consider getting a step stool for shorter guests as the bed was very tall. Otherwise, the beds were extremely comfortable (memory foam?) and the two king rooms had their own TVs with their own tuners.
The condo's two bathrooms are small but had granite countertops and glass door showers. There was one tub and the other was a stall shower. The bathrooms were pretty tiny, as a tall person it was hard to wash my hair without rapping my elbow on either the wall or the shower door. There were plenty of towels, and bath products were provided in case you forgot yours.
The location for this condo was really awesome - you could walk out the door and go across the coastal highway and the beach was right there! They had a trunk on the landing that had 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sandcastle making equiptment, and some beach toys. Equiptment was in good shape and easy to use and re-store when you got back to the condo.
This was a great deal for the price, especially for Thanksgiving. We had no issues with signing the rental contracts, picking up the keys, or dropping them off. Owners were available if needed. I would definitely stay here again.
