Off the main market road, this cafe is a little difficult to locate. Be sure to ask for Bhutan Telecom Office instead of the cafe's name. It is situated right next to Paro chhu and you get to gaze into the evening sky by the flowing river. A relaxing ambiance with an aroma of freshly baked cakes and freshly brewed coffee. We tried the famous carrot-cinnamon cake, koka, rolls, coffee and tea. No complains. The cafe has a very country-side setting.
