Quite enjoyed this hotel-- newly renovated and very clean. The style of this hotel is modern comfort... very cool and different than other hotels in the area. Located in the middle of Beverly Hills, rooms are private and quiet.

Restaurant and bar area was very convenient with delicious breakfast and lunch. The outdoor patio is lovely for a nightcap. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

As other reviews describe, the room and bathroom are smaller than an average hotel, but the decor made the room cozy and enjoyable.

Will definitely return the next time we visit.

Staff are so helpful and polite. Guys in the bar were fantastic and went out of their way to make our experience fantastic. Really good location near Rodeo Drive. The rooms are really nice, exactly the sort of thing you'd expect from a boutique hotel. Loved the biscuits on check out and the guys from valet parking were superb. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Found the Crecsent and so glad we did. Service was excellent and the facilities first class. Room was great. Lovely lounge for a quiet pre dinner drink. Everyone was so helpful and made for a pleasant stay.

Room Tip: All rooms seem good. Surprisingly quiet area.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel in April for four nights to celebrate our birthdays, The location is excellent if you need to be in Beverly Hills. This is not a large hotel property, it is a boutique hotel. But it does offer some very nice amenities that make for a pleasant stay, like valet parking (which you are charged extra for), and delicious coffee and little pastries and other baked goods available free of charge to guests in the a.m. We particularly liked the upscale, yet relaxed vibe of the place, the little outdoor dining area and the sweet little bar where drinks and some pretty good menu items are offered. The rooms are generally small. Ours was a petit queen room on the first floor. And since we are both small people it was fine, but the bathroom was rather dark and small. And in the room, there was really no place to comfortably store our luggage. Very small closet. Otherwise, the room was quiet, comfortable and well decorated. Also, I feel I have to mention one glitch: there was an issue with the hotel trying to charge us the entire amount of our stay ahead of time (as a lot of hotels are doing these days and I do not think it a proper way to do business and I think we, as the traveling public, should revolt against) that was not part of the booking deal and caused some issues that were eventually resolved. And then when we checked in, they also charged our credit card DOUBLE the amount of our reservation as a deposit on the room - which I also think is shoddy. On what planet is it ok to charge DOUBLE the amount of the entire reservation for "incidentals"? The money was eventually `returned,' but that is still not a cool way to do business.

Room Tip: Next time we might opt for paying more for a larger room.

The hotel is very eclectic, it feels more like you're staying in a friends house. Bathrooms are very small and the room was fairly small, clean and trendy not polished and posh. The staff is attentive, and polite but not warm and fuzz, it's the Beverly Hills vibe. If you like trendy and funky you'll like it, if you are looking for plush this is not the place. Personally I feel like these sorts of hotels are a bit overrated for being chic and retro. To me they look like they are furnished with used furniture. But to each his own, it's in a great neighborhood, comfortable clean and walking distance to the performing arts center and all the fun of Beverly Hills so give it whirl!
