What a fantastic experience! It started with a phone call before we arrived. The staff asked if I would like them to turn on the air conditioning before I arrive to cool off the room. What a thoughtful expression. When I arrived everyone on the staff was just as cordial as the person who called me on the phone.

The pool is perfect breakfast was more than adequate the room was comfortable. everything about this stay was perfect!

From the moment we checked in, this property excelled in every way. The concierge was super friendly and welcoming! The room was spacious and immaculate. We had a comfortable bed. The breakfast selections were numerous and very tasty. All in all, I would highly recommend this spot!

We spent a week here recently while visiting family in the area. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again, even though the Comfort Suites is located on hotel row, with options in every direction. First, the pluses. The rooms are large; as the name suggests, Suites. We never used the couch area other than additional hanger space, but it was there. Bed was comfortable and had the obligatory raft of pillows. Fan above bed helped keep temperatures fine without running the air at night. Maid service was not obtrusive, but good. Bathroom was large, tub/shower clean and efficient. Breakfast was absolutely typical of the hotel/motel industry. Eggs, powdered or folded into a cheese omelette, link sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, plus the usual cereals, breads, hard boiled eggs, apples, bananas, waffle machine and juices. My wife appreciated the addition of Greek yogurt to the usual selection of Yoplait that is in all other breakfast bars. Being there a week, though, we would have enjoyed some rotation of items. There was actually some: moving the biscuits and gravy from the left bin to the middle, moving the dried cranberries from the middle bin to the top bin, but no changes in eating fare. One night visitors would not notice, but for a week.... The staff worked hard to keep the entry tile clean and the carpets clean, but it was a struggle as one of their primary client groups appear to be workers in the construction/oil industry, folks who can track a mess. The elevator broke down on our last day, just before we checked out, but that wasn't to be a negative in the review. Stuff breaks. They immediately put signs up and the repair guy appeared as we were hiking down the stairs with our bags. Since we ignored the workout room, we deserved that. Good location, good service, nice folks, in a competitive marked. We'd come again, knowing breakfast is the bane of the hotel industry and stuff happens.

Room tip: Always the top floors, which is the third here. Noise from the 99 was not an issue, even though we faced it.

The room was excellent, bigger than most while the price was more moderate compared to Santa Cruz and Monterey. And indeed a suite, I would like to stay in one more often. We'd spent 2 hours at the races, the Famoso Auto Club, out in the hot sun; so nice to cool off here and chill.
Breakfast area was nice and spacious, very good selection. I'd like to stay here again.

We were greeted with friendly customer service. We were checked in promptly, and helped with our oversized parking of our truck. The room was clean, the beds were a bit firm and comfortable, plenty of pillows and clean sheets. Most all the room was clean, beds were comfortable we had a good night sleep. We will stay here again.
