We had a lovely stay at Tomacs B&B in Plockton. Janet and her husband were very welcoming and did everything they could to make us feel at home. I am pescetarian and Janet ensured there was fresh fish every morning for my breakfast. She supplied us with maps and first hand information on where we wanted to visit. We even sat out in the garden with her talking - it was like home from home. Thank you so much Janet. We look forward to seeing you again . We had a great view from our bedroom

Room Tip: we stayed in the back room which looked over the Loch - lovely

Room was comfortable and clean.
Hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Great views from our bedroom.
Breakfast was really good and offered alternatives to the normal cooked breakfast which was welcome after 3 weeks of b&b's.
Plockton was really good place too.
Definitely recommend.

What can we say my wife and I stayed here in June 2014 while on a 4 week tour of Scotland , my wife was poorly when we arrived ,Janet arranged a doctors app for that afternoon in Kyle , so gear off , back on motorbike to Kyle what service ,we don't get that in Hampshire . So to sum up absolutely brilliant Janet and hubby could not have more for us would be back every month if we could. What a place !

We had a wonderful stay in Plockton at the lovely Tomacs. The rooms were lovely and nicely decorated with extremely comfortable beds, the owners were absolutely delightful and really helpful and the breakfast definitely set you up for the day. A special mention goes to Sylvester the cat who made the stay even better!

We only stayed only one night but it was a pleasant one. I would just say the shower is a little small and maybe not convenient for stout people. The hostess Janet is very friendly and the scottish breakfast, especially the smoked salmon was very good and generous.
Tomacs is a bit apart from touristic areas but it is a good place ( and cheaper ) to stay if you want to visit Skye island. Tomacs B&B offers a very good price-quality ratio, we found this address thanks to "Le routard" famous french guide.
I was going to forget something very important : to go to Plockton you go through a little village where higland cows and calves (and even a bull) walk peacefully in the village without any fence !
