Couldn't have asked for anything better. The stone house is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains. It has a large balcony off the master bedroom with a view to die for, we spent every night up there! Friendly, helpful neighbours. 10 minutes walk from soller centre and local cafes, shops and bars. Caught the old tram to the Port of Soller which was a lovely experience, also caught the bus to Palma for only €2.65 each way! A small co-operative shop 5 minutes away for all the bare necessities to keep you going. Ema was very polite and very helpful and always quick to respond via phone, email and text! Would highly recommend and will hopefully one day return.
We spent 2 weeks in this house and loved it. We didn't have any problems but Ema was easy to contact and very helpful if we needed her. The house is very traditional and renovated to a high standard. Everything we needed was there and spotlessly clean. The views of the mountains from the balcony are beautiful and it is only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Soller which is great for shops, restaurants and bars. We particularly liked Ca'n Pinxto for tapas with a difference and also Bar Molino which is only 5 minutes away. The modern art museum Can Prunera is definitely worth a visit.
We would definitely recommend this beautiful house and would love to return soon.
This property is, to our mind, in a great location - about a 10 minute walk out of Soller, ideal in that you don't have to cope with driving in and out of congested and narrow streets roads to get in and out of the town itself. Just loved the balcony off the main bedroom and this is where we ate our evening meals when we stayed in. (Admittedly it was a bit of a pain carrying crockery & food up the 2 floors from the cellar-level kitchen but worth it.) There is also a pleasant patio and furniture at ground level, although we didn't use it.
The property is tastefully decorated and was thoughtfully equipped. The only things we would have liked is another saucepan and a dish to bake in (there were none). Our preference would also be for an oven, rather than a microwave.
Ema the owner was really helpful and we appreciated her letting us check out late because there was no follow-on booking that Sunday.
There is a great agricultural co-operative shop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a couple of smallish supermarkets in Soller. Between them we found everything we needed.
We'd never been to Mallorca before but are strongly tempted to return to see more of the island. Would well recommend this house if you want to stay in Soller.
We loved this house, it was well-equipped and a great place to stay, even in the winter. It's ideally located for the town in Soller, only 10 minutes walk away. Excellent location for walking, hiking and cycling. We would highly recommend it and hope to go back one day in the spring.
Lovely comfortable house about 12 minutes walk from the centre of Sóller. Well located in quiet area for people who are interested in walking up the mountains. Good co-operative shop near by where most food and wine can be bought.
