“Lovely quiet old house”

This is a lovely house and very well furnished, the outside space and pool are excellent with great views of the sea and rocky valley. The kitchen and lounge are well equipped and big enough for 4 people, the bedrooms and en suite are a little small and a little dark but the house is very old so to be expected, be prepared for a challenging walk up to the house but the views are worth it.

“A Special House Indeed!”

Fantastic location, high above the village, with views and the house itself both a delight for the eye. The garden and pool are well kept. The house is clean and has a modern well equipped kitchen. The showers are powerful and there's plenty of hot water. There is satellite TV in a separate snug lounging area. The owners of this house have taken great care in restoring it and the love that they have put in it really comes through. This is a perfect retreat for anyone who loves walking, swimming, sun worshiping and the delicious local wine. The house is accessed by a steep footpath so anyone with walking difficulties may find it a challenge. For us, it was all part of the magic and the peace and views are such a reward, as are the fantastic G&T's to be had in the village on the downward journey. The owner provides a very good booklet of advice and recommendations. We particularly liked a restaurant called Pegason y el Pajarito Enmascardo just off the High Street. We don't want to praise Casa Sa Vinya anymore, as our family and friends want to return and fear it may get too booked up!! Thanks Anne Marie, you were very helpful and made it very special.

This house in the hills above Banyalbufar is really a little gem. It's really a special place with the view, the goats, the lemontrees, the herp garden and offcourse the pool. We loved staying at this house the view is amazing and having breakfast at the table in front of the house was just magical. The villages is small but cute and the water at the beach is crystal clear. The owner is super friendly and helpfull.
