This is a perfect spot and base for touring this beautiful area of Austria.
The apartment has everything you can need in a home from home and the hosts are extremely friendly and welcoming and live in the top floors of the lovely home.
They are there when you need help but you are totally private at the same time.
The views from the home is across the valley and town of Seefeld and is surrounded by the mountains and is stunning. The garden and its facilities is the perfect place to sit and chill out for a BBQ or drink. Parking is right outside your front door and has a carport.
The roads in Austria are pretty much perfect and are a pleasure to drive on.
One thing I will point out is speed camera's... there are many and have no warning signs where they are (unlike here) I am not a fast driver but I'm sure my sat nav which has camera locations programmed saved me on many occasions as the speed limit signs are not that great. That is to say you can be on a road posted as 90 kilometres per hour and without warning you can come across a speed camera (which are very low down and very hard to see) with 50 KPH posted on it and that's it. no pre warning of a speed change until your in it???
One tip is if you see a village or a town coming up make sure your under 50kph.
So I would suggest you have your own sat nav with up to date speed camera locations on it. Just trying to be a good conscientious driver wont save you here.
Please do not let this put you off driving out there as it is a great way to see the sights...just pointing out the reality of the cameras out there.
This was a wonderful vacation. It’s the second time we stayed at Isser Panaroma and were very comfortable. The view of Seefeld from the house is amazing. It makes you want to take a picture every morning. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Parking was in front of the house. The owner of the house raked the snow from in front of the house everyday. The Isser Family is very kind and lovely. Seefeld has 2 ski centers, ice rink and Christmasmarkt. If you want more, the fairytale town of Innsbruck is 20 minutes away.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything that we wanted - wifi, dishwasher, DVD, etc. The owners were on hand to provide help if required but not intrusive. The weather was okay but not brilliant whilst we were there - I imagine that it would be amazing if it was warm enough to sit outside. As the previous reviewer said, there is quite an uphill walk to the apartment but if you are able to manage it, it is worth it for the view.
We had a wonderful stay, the elevated site gives fantastic views of mountains and overlooking Seefeld. Apartment had everything we wanted and the outdoor garden area and eating area really made it for our family. We had no problem walking into Seefeld but steep coming back if that is an issue to you.
