I notice this is not the only post for this date, which might point to them having an off day, but it was nevertheless the worst Olive Garden experience we have ever had. We arrived around 8pm, and the restaurant seemed only half full at best. They attempted to seat us right away, but walked to the table only to see there were about 8 dirty tables and none that were clean. We then waited for about 15-20 minutes while they "got our table ready". After we sat down no one came to our table to get a drink order or let us know specials. We tried turning on the table tablet where it says "call server" and still nothing. They had servers and no one seemed overly busy but no one seemed to see us. Finally after about 20 minutes we were able to catch a server to take our order and find "our server". We then began more waiting. At least 45 minutes and 3 salad bowls later we received our food. (Our server was very attentive once he knew we were his table, and did keep our drinks, salad, and bread full. The salads were strange though- not very much stuff other than lettuce, and the breadsticks were overly seasoned. When we did get our entrees my eggplant parmigiana was very greasy and the skin was so tough it almost couldn't be cut. It was also lukewarm. My husbands tortellini was almost to hot to eat. After our meal the manager came around and offered us free dessert because of our wait. This made me think maybe they were having a bad day and were aware of their problems. However, they have a lot of competition in the area and next time we will probably go elsewhere.
