“Very comfortable and good value for money”
Reviewed 18 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

I was so surprised when we arrived at our apartment for a ski holiday. It was clean, comfortable and offered good modern amenities. The beds were so comfortable and the communal area seated a large group nicely.
While the building is a ten minute uphill walk from the lift which can prove quite uncomfortable in ski boots I do believe there is a free shuttle bus nearby although I did not see or use it.
The pool facilities were excellent and the staff pleasant enough although the offer of help with our luggage would have been appreciated.
The water heater broke during our stay but was fixed within the hour that we complained about it, how is that for efficiency!

“Superb accommodation, ideally situated, perfect for families”
Reviewed 23 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Top Lodge is an excellent venue in Bansko because of its location in relation to the amenities of the town and in walking distance to the Gondola. The accommodation is spacious, decorated to a high standard of fitting, and provides warmth and comfort after a long day on the slopes. We are a family of 5 and were travelling with another family. Both families had limited experience of skiing and were classed as beginners - children ranging from age 8 to 14. The whole experience was straight forward and relatively stress free. We ate out each night bar one. All restaurants were welcoming and great value for money. We had a holiday to remember and are looking forward to many more ski trips in the future!

“Clean and spacious”
Reviewed 29 September 2014 for a stay in September 2014

We stayed here for a week and on arrival at the apartment it had tea/coffee/milk/sugar with compliments of the owners, which was a lovely surprise and well needed ! The apartment is clean and spacious. There are two separate bedrooms with plenty of hanging space and drawers for belongings. The lounge/kitchen area is large with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is well stocked with all basic needs for self catering. There are two balconies, one from the lounge and one from the main bedroom, which is great for a pot of coffee on a sunny morning.

it is ideally situated to the right of the river (looking up to the ski mountain) and about a 10 minute walk (maximum) to the bottom of the Gondola station (winter for skiing) and ski hire shops.

It is also in a great spot to get to Pirin Street which is the main street with all the shops and Mahanas (restaurants) and takes you to the Church and square. There is a bridge straight across from the apartment over the river and it takes 5 minutes to walk to Pirin street!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and already looking to book for next year.
