Description: A kaleidoscope of different colours characterise the interior of Wiveton Hall Cafe on the North Norfolk coast. We endeavour to source as many ingredients directly from the farm as we can. Local suppliers are championed by our head chef, and provide the cafe with quality fresh bread, cheeses, meat and seafood. Our evenings are given over to Wood Fired Pizza's in the week and Tapas on the weekend.

We went on spec about 1430 and got an inside table for 3 people. Service was fast and with a smile. Lunch finished at 1500 so we got in for chunky sandwiches and hot fries. £33 for drinks and food.

The 10 pound tour I would say was overpriced and frankly amateur. Desmond McCarthy tried his best to live up to his normal for Norfolk image. However, his tour was unstructured and disjointed and had no flow. Desmond himself tried to be charismatic but he came over as a bumbling fool. He could be most fascinating and funny if he did proper planning and more professional in his delivery.

The cafe looked appetizing but seemed way overpriced and so we decided to go to wells where the cod and chips were value for money.

In summary, if Desmond can capitalize on his BBC fame and professionalise it then it can be successful but at the moment, I wouldn't waste my time.

The cafe was lovely decorated with a fun bright colour scheme that is very pleasing to the eye. The cafe was spotless and all staff were polite and helpful. The food was delicious and offered a variety of everything. The kids option was also full of tasty foods. The owner Desmond was very lovely and spoke to us for awhile. I noticed him go to other tables also and check everyone was happy. Lovely experience overall! Thank you

Having frequented many cafe and restaurants whilst holidaying in North Norfolk over the years, this was our first visit to Wiveton Farm, having just opened that week it was refreshing to get a menu which stood out from the same pub grub that everywhere else was making and also healthy salad options which were a real treat.
We were surprised that many tables where reserved so I would book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Staff friendly and attentive and had a lovely chat with the lady in the shop.

Strolled over for breakfast from Blakeney on a wet morning through the National Trust land and up into Wiveton. Had prebooked and it was quite busy already just before 10am on Easter Saturday. Had the dog with us and no issues about him being anything other than welcome. Would suggest if people mind dogs they probably shouldn’t bother popping in here.

The staff were very keen to take our order but not a problem when we asked for 10
mins grace, ordered drinks and drank them before ordering two full English breakfasts. We asked for scrambled eggs and sour dough toast which was no bother. Smoked back bacon and food quality sausage with portobello mushroom and tomatoes on piping hot plates. The staff were great really focussed and in the ball.

Added bonus that Desmond popped in for breakfast and it was lovely to see he is as quirkily charming in the flesh as he is on the TV.

Great value £27.50 for the two breakfasts, two coffees and two teas.
