Overall the feel of the property was that it was well kept and friendly staff. I enjoyed my view of the lake every morning. The drive up to the resort was very windy, lots of turns but it wasn't unmanageable. It was worth the money paid for the room.

Room Tip: Bring things to do because there was no cell service or a way to connect to wi-fi.

upgraded from original accommodations when plumbing issue discovered just before arrival. Hassle free as usual and very nice place. Internet is slow in the area, but I am told it is being addressed. Well run organization.

Thanks for the great review! And...thank you for being so gracious about the change in your accommodations! Yes, we offered a substantial upgrade prior to your arrival, but your gracious acceptance of the change meant so much to us! We will always go above and beyond to take care of our customers! Thanks for being our guests!!!

My son and I stayed here for two days during Spring Break. We stayed in a room, in one of the cabins that is partitioned into 4 different rooms. The décor may be a little dated, but I think it is charming and so cozy. The room was spacious, has a patio area outside with a table, chairs and a bbq grill. The bathroom was clean, had a lot of towels and great toiletries. I really enjoyed having a coffeemaker with good quality coffee and real mugs to drink from! The hot chocolate and popcorn were a pleasant surprise!
When we arrived on the property we immediately felt comfortable and welcome. It is such a cute and rustic place, the views are gorgeous, there is so much to do. We would just walk around the property after dinner, go by the water and relax.
The only negative thing I would have to say is that the walls are paper thin. If you are a light sleeper like me, make sure to take earplugs.

Awesome experience once again. Front desk staff thorough and very knowledgeable. Maintenance Worker very helpful. Went above and beyond by help me unload. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults a nine year old and a 7 month old and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Great Hospitality, we will be back!

Room Tip: C-16 was very nice. This was my third stay and each cabin was great....Thanks!

Very spacious, clean, peaceful, comfortable, & has a full kitchen for cooking. It's in the woods! So be prepared to experience the outdoors, lake, fishing, forest, horse riding, trails, mountain, crystal mining, & possibly no cell phone signal. Very understanding manager!

Room Tip: Bring your own water, and can bring your own food to cook because has full kitchen!
