Hotel ,service. the beach all amazing pool was great . Food good if you like buffets (we don't) except for breakfast.
Premium restaurants were much better. As with most visitors to Punta Cana fro the US there were stomach issues for 4 ff our 6 travelers .

Resort was beautiful. No complaints other than lack of communication with the staff. Hotel needs to hired English speaking staff so that we can better understand each other. Would definitely recommend the resort to my family and friends.

We would recommend you get to the buffet as soon as it's served for fresh options. Make sure to make reservations at any restaurants on day one to guarantee a table. Best restaurant La Fuente. The $15 price is for 2 entrees. Enjoy! Oh and the beach is clean and private

I was really looking forward to going to all inclusive resort. It was my family and my best friend and her husband. We researched this place because my parents had already stayed there. They really enjoyed it probably like 12 years ago. My dad said it’s changed a lot because he absolutely hated it this time around.
First of all, it is impossible to get reservations for a restaurant here unless you bribe somebody. We also didn’t know that you had to pay for mostly all the restaurants. The buffet was absolutely disgusting and I’ve never had a problem with the buffet anywhere I’ve gone. They ran out of bacon and many other things in the morning at 9:30 AM. At lunch they didn’t even have simple cheap things they could’ve made like a burger station. It would’ve been simple for them to have to have easy lunch things that were fresh. There were burgers sitting in warmers, food from breakfast, a low selection of vegetables, soggy french fries that were also a warmer. I believe there was only one or two days with french fries anyway. There was no other options for lunch at all. They didn’t do anything by the beach or any special little events. Most of the other restaurants were OK but the Spanish one definitely wasn’t. It’s not lamb that they serve there at all. Probably sheep. It was absolute disgusting. My dad said he didn’t want it and he would take something else and then they brought us the same crap again. They wouldn’t even refund us for the meal and we didn’t eat anything at all. We went to guest services and they absolutely wouldn’t refund us either. I am not picky either, but it was impossible to find anything good to eat. This has never happened anywhere I’ve been.
we are also very kind to treat people with respect, so just as you’re reading this we weren’t one of those people. Maybe they need another manager to manage the stuff at guest services and somebody to take over the food options at the buffet. They don’t need a bigger budget. They just need to spend it on better things and fresh food. Stop putting everything in warmers..
The beach was beautiful as always, and they cleaned up everything . The only thing I felt was odd was that they don’t have any umbrellass at all, and it is very hot. They do not have any service close to the beach either. Sometimes you would go to the bar at the pool and get a really great drink and then the next time you get it it tasted completely different. I also have no idea of what kind of alcohol they were using there. It looked like some strange Brands.
The people that delivered the beer and the water were absolutely amazing. Same as the ones that deliver the towels. The rooms are absolutely clean and wonderfully done every morning.
We started getting brown water coming out of our sinks and our taps a few days in. It was really dark brown and disgusting. We called several times over and over again and nobody came. I went to Guest services and nobody came. It’s like you were inconvenience to the people that worked there . I asked several other times and I didn’t even get to have a shower before I went home. I don’t care when things happen, but I think it was the fact that they did not care at all that you were even there. I’ve never been anywhere tha t
been treated this way before. See my other reviews I am not a picky person..
it was so disappointing that we saved our money all year and worked all these extra hours to stay at this dive .
When I see staff walking around like that and seem like they aren’t happy, that’s a huge reflection on management. It looks like they are not being treated properly at all and there is poor management and terrible teamwork. I would not want to go anywhere that treats their like that anyway . If your staff looks miserable, it’s your fault, This is the worst place I’ve ever gone and I will never be back.
