I liked everything very much, but watch your electricity consumption! It is not included in the room rate, but we were not informed of this. And when we were charged about $ 150 extra after 10 days of living, it was an unpleasant surprise. Otherwise, everything is great!!!

Infiniti Blu is a beautiful and well maintained residential area. Premium Club membership provides a lot of useful services (weekly cleaning, water delivery, monthly brunch, etc.). The staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Apartment K3B is very comfortable, nicely furnished and includes lots of useful utensils. Plenty of different storage spaces to use if you come for a longer stay. Nice view at the garden and pool. Anytime you need support or when something is not working, the team reacts immediately and takes care of the issue. The common areas are also lovely and clean. WiFi coverage even on the beach. Silke and her team make you feel welcome and taken care of. This was an amazing 9 weeks stay and we will definitely come back. There is honestly nothing negative that can be said. THANK YOU!

If you are going to make changes you should give the renter the opportunity to change or keep reservations. This is the second time in our many visits, the first was the beach been washed away. No guess after 12:00 pm. I would have cancel my reservation. If this was always the rules you just started enforcing them lately. Then send out a email instead of informing guess as they attempt to bring guess to the room after 12 on the first night of a 15 night stay.Its just good business practice to be transparent with your guest. I felt cheated and tricked, me and my guess have never had any issues with our guess but we were treated like kids on punishment with a curfew for a vacation that we paid top money to enjoy our vacation with whatever guess we invited at whatever time we want to entertain. I would ask any one on the team that decided to enforce these new changes would you stay somewhere if you told you couldn’t have guess after midnight. I think I know the answer, I want to here a response for the owners or the manager of the property with a contact number and not a political email.

We are very surprised to see this complaint since the guest policy is in the rental agreement that is sent prior to the reservation and at check in all guests must sign a document that clearly explains again all the security rules and policies created by the Infiniti Blu Condominium Administration. You signed both documents in September 2019 and now recently in December 2019. Both times you mentioned no complaints at the office so we are very surprised to see such a review after your second visit that year. This guest policy is not new. Infiniti Blu is a family-oriented residence and this policy exists in order to provide safety, security and peace of mind for our guests. It is the sole responsibility of the community manager and security guards on ground (who are, by the way, employed by the homeowners association and not by our company) to enforce these rules and therefore it is possible that the new community manager who started his job last April enforces it more strictly. Nonetheless, the guest policy has always been the same and we have always been transparent about this. We would have appreciated you coming to speak to us directly in the office in order for us to clarify your misunderstandings in person, especially since you are a frequent visitor of ours. We are sorry about your negative feelings and wish you the best.
Great customer service especially Alcides who I have seen many times at the buffet. He is always so friendly with my family and I. I enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the food was delicious. After dinner in the lobby I enjoy watching the staff dance with visitors to live music. Pokemon and Mickey Mouse are two of my favourite entertainers and have joined in on aerobics at the pool during the day. Definitely a great environment for family and friends and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect, everything in good condition, safe place, tasteful apartment (Penthouse), staff very friendly, security does their job, electricity and water is working well, garden ist beautiful, the pool was always clean
