“A must see in Legazpi”
Reviewed 6 March 2012

From the airport trycicles can bring you in this palce for Php150. Entrance fee is P10. This place is a must see in Legazpi city. The Cagsawa Ruins is one of the best known tourist in Bicol, the best shot here is when your background is the bell tower and the Mt. Mayon with the clear sky. Beside the Bell tower is the convent ruins. A lot of stores selling souvenir items are located inside and outside the park. It is cheaper to buy the souvenirs near the van terminal which is also near the SM hypermarket.

“a touching sight!”
Reviewed 7 February 2012

Knowing more than 1000 people were buried in the church below made the remaining standing Cagsawa Tower a sight to behold..
With the majestic Mayon volcano as backdrop, a visit here is really worthwhile. Shopping native handicrafts in the area completes the experience!

“Must see if your in Legazpi”
Reviewed 28 January 2012

This place was very neat to see. Make sure you read up about it before you go because there is no real info about it anywhere on site.

There is a 20 p cost per person to get in which is less then 50 cents so we were fine with paying that.

If you can try to go on a clear day for a nice view of the Mayon Volcano.
