Spent holy week here. Booked a connecting room. 1 room has queen bed & the other has 2 single beds. Its quite pricey because of the season. They are full at that time but service was still ok. Everything we need was attended to promptly despite their being fully booked.

I like their rooms because it is really clean to detail. Bathroom smells nice. I am particular with cleanliness since i have my kids with me, i dont mind paying a little more if cleanliness is the issue. Most hotels even 5 stars are only commercial quality clean. But Lee Boutique Hotel is more than that, i feel like home here.

Nice hotel. We love our stay.

Hotel is lovely! We love the spacious cozy rooms. Hotel staffs are friendly & all smiles. Everything is very clean, from the rooms to the bathroom. Smells clean too! The bathtub is an added bonus.

Location is perfect, easy to find, just along the highway. Will be back again soon. Lee Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectation. Rates are affordable too, considering the quality of the rooms.

Booked a room thru expedia and got a very good rate for a 3 night stay here at Lee Boutique Hotel. With the price, i say its a very good deal. Nice room, big and comfortable bed, complete amenities, free wifi and very courteous staffs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This is a fairly decent property. Rooms are clean and well maintained. However, those are the only plus points to this property. We walked-in to this property around 10pm. Since we had no reservations, our expecations were fairly low to begin with. We just needed a place to spend the night. Front desk staff were both struggling with English and unable to communicate effectively. They showed me the rooms available, confirmed that none of the rooms offered a view. The only view available from the balcony of the deluxe rooms is a view of the adjacent hotel. I beleive there is a premium of P700-800 for the privilege of a balcony that overlooks another hotel! Certainly not worth the investment. Wifi - very slow and sporradic connections.
The property does not offer an iron & iron board on request. They do not have laundry facilities. On arrival, we had taken a shower in the rather cramped bathroom. Both the tub and wash basin were clogged and water tended to spread to the floor. Having used our 2 towels, when I called in the morning for a new set of towels..was greeted with a question on why I needed extra towles.. they promised to get it to me soon. After 20 minutes of waiting, went to the reception and found that they were still debating my need for extra towels. After a lengthy conversation between the front desk agents in Tagalog (which I did not under
stand), they reluctantly offered 2 additional towels. Breakfast was standard but pretty good.
Check-out was a nightmare. They were suspicious on the towels .. asked me to wait while they were gone for 20 mintues to make sure the towels were not travelling with us! On returning, satisfied, the lady said we were good to go and can leave...never offered to provide a bill, receipt or the P2500 deposit for incidentals though I had paid with a credit card. On requesting that it took them another 15 minutes to get their act together. On asking for a Manager, was advised the Manager was out of the country and it appears these front office agents were running the show!
Very disappointing experience- will never recommend this property.

We went there because it's our monthsary.. I called the hotel before we went there to adviced that we'll be having a late check in..when we arrived at the hotel, it's just a small hotel, i think composed of 3 floors only and at the 4th floor is an open area wherein you can see the view of the tagaytay.. The front desk clerk was very accomodating, since it's our first time in their place,he explained to us all the things we can do in their place..Since they dont have a lobby person, he himself was the one who guided us in our way to our room.

When we got in the room , i was really amazed about the set up of the room. You will not think or feel that you are just in a small hotel. The bed was queen sized, at the corner there was a sofa and on the other a small dining table, i think for room service. They really maximized the room, but in a classy way. The bathroom was clean, they really have a complete setup of bathroom amenities, unlike other hotels which are big, they dont even have a comb. In other words, i was really amazed of this boutique hotel.

When it comes to food, even their setup is only ala carte for breakfast, it was still worth it. The taste is good, but the place for breakfast is a little bit small, positive thingwe ate breakfast on the time they had started serving it..hehe..

Overall,a nice place to stay while in tagaytay, but the place is a little bit far from the center of Tagaytay wherein there were lots of restaurants. The hotel , was quite near when you reached the Tagaytay intersection if youre coming from Sta. Rosa road. The hotel is located in the highway and theres no difficulties in not seeing the place.

Thumbs up for them and hope to visit them again..!
