This is a well managed comfortable British colonial style lodge with attractive and spacious single, duplex and quad ensuite bungalows with thatched roofed entry/sitting porches. This small and quaint lodge is well sited in a lush landscaped setting. We saw zebras grazing on the lawn. The dining/bar lobby is open air with a handsome open raftered ceiling where the gennets wander about. The service is helpful and good. There were some small tour groups staying when we were there. Wifi was free and good. We drank the filtered water without any problems. The tap water is saline so undrinkable but sanitary. The bed, pillows and linens were all comfortable. We only stayed one night but it would be easy to stay a week. The meals were all well prepared and good.
The location with access to the off road game park and midway between ngorongoro and the Serengeti make this an ideal stop or longer stay.More
