I really ended loving this place since we really enjoy to get back to the lodge to see Giraffes, dik diks, zebras, baboons, so many birds and here we even where able to see a Chameleon and the genets which is a nocturnal animal that would be imposible to appreciate if we wouldn't stay here. The staff is nice, but not the best part of our stay as it used to be in other lodges. Food excellent!

Room Tip: The last ones are the best, you don't listen to all tourist passing...

Hi Mailixi
So glad you enjoyed your stay at our lodge and for giving us full stars. The lodge is a perfect place to see so much wildlife. Our staff are wonderful and I am glad that they matched the standards of other places you stayed at.
Best wishes

This place is incredibly hard to find, but worth it! We loved the Genet cats that live in the main building and are so much more attractive than your average cat! There was a special outdoor buffet when we visited and the food was superb. One of the few places we stayed with hot water!

We've been visiting Ndutu Safari Lodge for years and it never disappoints. Simple and no frills, the food is ''home cooked'' and excellent, the staff cheerful and efficient and everywhere maintained to the highest standard possible. Ndutu's semi-tame dikdik join you round the fire in the evening hoping for a bit of popcorn and elegant genet cats entertain in you in the rafters above the bar.

We enjoyed our time at the lodge very much. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the staff friendly and the view amazing. We sat out at night by the campfire, we saw the stars, we saw game wondering by out in the field ahead. The food was good and the environment perfect for relaxation after a hot day. We did an early morning sunrise drive from here and they prepared a lovely breakfast basket. We also did an interesting game walk with a ranger, just nearby. Interesting how in the truck you're like a "moving bush" so of no interest to the animals up close. One foot, they smell you when you're still 500 yards away and their heads are up and watchful before you even realize they're there!

As one person said in their review, not fancy or glamourous but perfectly situated and pleasant.
